How a superyacht parts order runs, end to end
This is the working side of Premium Yacht Supply: how a part or a service gets requested, sourced, priced, ordered and delivered, and how everyone aboard stays on the same page while it happens. Everything below is a screen you use or a step we take, not a promise.
The request
Every job starts the same way: tell us whether you need a part or a service. A parts request orders specific components. A service request covers maintenance, repairs and refit work, coordinated through partners in the yachting hubs worldwide.
The part
For a parts request, photograph the type plate and the platform reads the manufacturer and part number off it. No part number to hand? The photo is enough. Ordered the part before? Pull it straight from your previous orders. Prefer to type it yourself? Manual entry is right there.
The details
Whether the platform read them or you typed them, the part name, manufacturer, part number and quantity land in one consistent form. Add a serial number or a custom field where it matters, and the request is ready to source.
Everyone on board sees the same order
Add your crew and they see the same orders, quotes, invoices and tracking, against the same vessel. An engineer can raise a request from the engine room on a phone. Nobody is forwarding screenshots or chasing who has the latest version.
The workflow exists to do three things: save technical teams time, make the price checkable, and take the risk out of critical components.
