Why we exist

A part goes down. The engineer emails an agent. A day later a single price comes back. One number, the markup already folded inside it, the supplier's name withheld. Nobody on board can see what the part actually cost, when it will really arrive, or where the last one went. The paper trail is a search box in someone's inbox. The mailbox was never built for this.

Premium Yacht Supply was founded by four people whose careers were spent on and around superyachts: working on board private vessels, sourcing specialists and craftsmen for new-build and refit projects, and coordinating technical requirements between owners, captains, engineers and shipyards. We had all watched the same thing happen, from different seats.
